The Breaking Barriers Through Technology Youth Training Program

The Elizabeth House Family Life Center’s Breaking Barriers Through Technology youth training program is designed to help clients who are facing barriers to education or employment by introducing them to practical, industry-specific disciplines and occuaptional tracks.
This no-cost program is designed to re-engage out out-of-school youth in New Castle County and assist them in obtaining a G.E.D., high school diploma, or occupational credential that prepares them for higher education or entry-level work.
The following is a list of guidelines for individual eligibility in this program:
- Out of School
- Between the ages of 16 and 21 (as of October 2011)
- Delaware State Resident
- Valid State Identification
- Proof of Selective Service Registration (Males)
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship / Permanent Residency
